S’mores Cupcakes
Just a box mix for the cupcakes and a frosting recipe from Sew Darn Cute’s Page. Haven’t actually tried these yet but they look spectacular. And grilled up some korean bbq for dinner. I found a pre made box of panchan at the farmer’s market (yesssss) and grilled bulgogi on the egg.
Frosting for cupcakes (Adapted from Sew Darn Cute)
2 1/2 sticks butter, room temperature
1 lb. (2 cups) confectioner’s sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. tub of marshmallow cream
Cream the butter on high until it’s light and fluffy. Add the confectioner’s sugar, 1/4 cup at a time, and beat until fluffy each time. Beat in the vanilla until incorporated. Then dump in the marshmallow and mix it until creamy. Transfer to pastry bag or ziplock bag with corner snipped and pipe onto cupcakes!
