It’s a chocolate explosion in this ding dang cookie

As I’ve said before, I’m not a chocolate fan. Or am I? I’m starting to question myself after eating one of these chocolate blobs that I ‘accidentaly’ tore in half. I’m waiting on them to cool before I try them for real. I will probably have to eat about 15 in order to make sure.
I bought a new cookbook that I’ve been seeing recipes posted all over the interwebs from, Dorie Greenspan’s Baking From My Home to Yours. So far I’ve made 2 recipes from here and so far I think I want to kick myself in backside for not buying this cookbook a year ago. Below are my introductions into Dorie’s cooking in the form of a Carrot cake and Chocolate cookies with every kind of chocolate in them, including white chocolate which really isn’t a chocolate. Unsweetened, bittersweet, semi-sweet, sweet, cocoa powder and of course butter. And some nuts and raisins which makes them healthy. Actually, come to think of it, there’s no milk chocolate in them. Maybe I should drizzle some on top…
